This exclusive project combines two individually planned SunSquare sunshade systems into a harmonious overall concept:
An elegant triangular sail on the rooftop terrace provides stylish shade with panoramic views, while a technically sophisticated AX-Cantilever system shades the narrow, elongated lounging area by the swimming pool.

The highlight – a cantilevered roller

‍The double-sided retractable rectangular sail of the AX-Cantilever system required only five mounting points – the roller is cantilevered, enabling a particularly delicate and architecturally refined solution. The entire system is fully automated and can be operated effortlessly at the push of a button – offering maximum comfort with minimal effort.

This combination of technical sophistication, minimal structure, and maximum impact makes the project a prime example of modern textile architecture in the premium segment, realized by Incompar Balear.
