Private wellness oasis with SunSquare shade sail

Relaxation in the open air

A place to switch off, breathe, and enjoy: This private outdoor area was designed as a retreat where sauna, pool, and lounge merge into a harmonious wellness oasis.

A meeting at a trade fair sparked the collaboration between SunSquare and  DEISL Sauna&Wellness. As members of the Formdepot network, both companies are united by a commitment to high-quality design and bespoke solutions. Together, they developed the concept for a private outdoor space where the sauna, pool, lounge, and sun protection blend into a harmonious wellness oasis.

For the spacious outdoor lounge, a SunSquare tensioned sail with 25 m² of sail area made of Soltis W96 was installed. The waterproof and low-maintenance fabric provides reliable protection while creating the light, elegant aesthetic that defines the entire outdoor area.

Special attention was paid to the mounting at the F-point. Thanks to a custom-engineered design, there was no need for additional supports in the pool and walkway area. A detail with a major impact: the paths remain clear, the architecture feels calm and spacious, and the tensioned sail integrates seamlessly into the clean design of the outdoor space.

Turning sun protection into a part of your living space: a sheltered spot in the open air that connects the pool, sauna, and lounge, making your private wellness oasis even more relaxing on both sunny and rainy days.
