that Regalia is an exclusive residential building on the first row of Miami's coast — with 46 floors of luxury and design.

The highest quality is also used on the pool deck: 8 original SunSquare SQK-I systems provide stylish shade and a pleasant microclimate.
The double-sided triangle sails with each 25 m² cloth area were made of Soltis 86, a high-quality sun protection fabric — ideal for demanding outdoor areas.
